I have requested your email addresses twice but have heard nothing, have also asked
for them to give you my email address, dont know what to do now.

Hi Carol,

Sorry you are having so much trouble getting my e-mail address, I'll e-mail NRAS and ask them again to send it to you.
We have had problems on here with e-mails so I daren't put my address on the forum but I will if there is no other way!
